Open Core Holdings was founded in 2009 by Alejandro Capo, building on a family operating heritage rooted in South Florida and the Caribbean. The work is unusually vertical: development, construction, utilities, marinas, brokerage, technology, AI, and media all live under one roof so every business we touch can be built and run the way it should be.

The founder is a licensed Florida general contractor and operates a licensed brokerage. Across two decades, the team has built a meaningful book of residential units, transacted many thousands more, and moved hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate.
